Well-Being Coaching

This deeply transformative program utilizes the Know Yourself well-being curriculum developed by the Anthropedia Foundation as a framework. In this coaching, I combine behavior-change coaching with helping you learn new knowledge and tools. This powerful blend leads to significant personal growth, addresses areas where you are stuck, and ensures you integrate practices for greater well-being in all areas of your life. This whole-person approach is based on over 30 years of research in mind-body medicine, personality development, mental health, neuroscience, positive psychology, and other related fields, and has been proven to lead to greater well-being.

Well-Being Coaching will help you increase self-understanding, manage stress, and find deeper contentment in life as you discover, step-by-step, your personal path to greater health and happiness.

This coaching is for people who are committed to make holistic, sustainable lifestyle changes to achieve greater mental and physical health and increase overall life satisfaction. It works best with coaching relationships of at least 3-6 months or more. Sessions are generally 90 minutes long, but modifications can be explored based on client needs.

Life & Health Coaching

This is for you if you want to make positive lifestyle changes and would benefit from more support, structure, and accountability to get unstuck and make meaningful progress on your life and health goals. Sessions may focus on one or several areas of your life, including implementing healthier habits, improving relationships, achieving greater career satisfaction, working through life changes, and clarifying goals and values.   

I use a proven behavior-change coaching methodology called “Co-active Coaching”, which is based on the premise that you are the expert in your own life. This collaborative relationship is aimed at increasing your awareness of resistances and patterns keeping you stuck, so you can move forward to achieve your goals. I will support you with a frame of conversation, which includes deep listening, asking thought-provoking questions, and providing support for goal setting and accountability.

This type of coaching lends itself well to both shorter and longer-term coaching relationships. Sessions are generally 45 minutes long but can range from 30-60 minutes based on client preferences.
